恸于2021年6月3日（农历辛丑年四月廿三日）中午12时蒙佛接引，寿终正寝，享寿88岁，依佛制礼告别仪式。
泪涓于6月7日（星期一）上午11时出殡，由治丧处扶柩发引至光明山普觉寺火化场于12时举行火化。
